About the Journal
The Journal Tourism Studies & Practices (RTEP) is a publication of the Research Group on Leisure, Tourism and Work (GEPLAT) of the State University of Rio Grande do Norte – UERN. Multi and interdisciplinary the RTEP is focused both on theoretical and methodological questions of studies in tourism, leisure and hospitality, as well as on operational issues related to the planning and to the management of tourist destinations and companies.
The aim of the Journal is to publish inedited texts resulting from empirical and theoretical research. Therefore, it aims to be a digital space for dialogue in the context of academic research in tourism, in order to encourage the critical exercise of readers and of researchers interested on tourism, as well as related areas.
The Journal receives articles, essays and book reviews in a continuous flow.
A Revista Turismo Estudos & Práticas (RTEP) é uma publicação do Grupo de Pesquisas em Lazer, Turismo e Trabalho (GEPLAT) da Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte – UERN. Multi e interdisciplinar, a RTEP está voltada tanto às questões teórico-metodológicas dos estudos em turismo, lazer e hospitalidade, quanto às questões operacionais da ordem do planejamento e da gestão de destinos e empresas turísticas.
O objetivo da Revista é publicar trabalhos inéditos resultantes de pesquisas empíricas e teóricas. Logo, objetiva ser um espaço digital de diálogo no âmbito da pesquisa acadêmica em turismo, fomentando o exercício crítico de leitores e pesquisadores voltados à atividade turística, bem como, de áreas afins.
O periódico recebe artigos, ensaios e resenhas em fluxo contínuo.
