Abstract

ABSTRACT: Discussing the issue of equity in Education, this is the objective of this article, seems to be one of the most thankless tasks from the socio-anthropological point of view. This is because the real inequalities are dominant, especially in the Brazilian anti-egalitarian context, in which the ferocious neoliberalism imposed since the 1990s destroys or corrodes educational policies, degrades the school institution and depreciates the already historically marginalized teachers. We have, therefore, this more than pressing, urgent justification for the theoretical alert on the theme of Education in a regime of equity as a national desideratum, and for whose approach we activate our ethnographic, sociological and philosophical perceptions with the audacious purpose of portraying, polemicizing and politicizing fundamental aspects of the current educational scenario.
