EDUCAÇÃO E NOÇÕES DE INTERCULTURALIDADE NA ESCOLA MUNICIPAL FRONTEIRIÇA ALCIDES LIMA: MUNICÍPIO DE PACARAIMA, RORAIMA, BRASIL/VENEZUELA EDUCATION AND NOTIONS OF INTERCULTURALITY AT THE ALCIDES LIMA BORDER MUNICIPAL SCHOOL: MUNICIPALITY OF PACARAIMA, RORAIMA, BRAZIL/VENEZUELA

Abstract

RESUMO: A educação em cidades de fronteira tem características e especificidades. O objetivo geral do trabalho foi conhecer as particularidades do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, as relações culturais estabelecidas em escolas de Ensino Fundamental de fronteira, na dupla fronteira Brasil (em Pacaraima-Roraima) e Venezuela. No caso do Município de Pacaraima, várias etnias indígenas nacionais e “estrangeiras”, não indígenas brasileiros e não indígenas venezuelanos convivem e trocam informações, essas relações interculturais, se forem aproveitadas pelas escolas que integram o sistema de ensino do município de Pacaraima, poderão ser mais um elemento a ser aproveitado para o fortalecimento dos processos de ensino-aprendizagem. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com objetivo a levantar, de conhecer e estudar as relações interculturais nos ambientes da Escola Municipal Alcides Lima, localizada no município de Pacaraima. Desse modo, pretendo também fazer uma análise sobre as interpretações de ética Intercultural dessa Instituição de Ensino Escolar. Com a finalidade de revelar o objeto, optou-se pela utilização das seguintes estratégias metodológicas: aplicação de questionários, análise de documentos, como: Projetos Pedagógicos da escola pesquisada, pesquisa bibliográfica e observação de campo. ABSTRACT: Education in border cities has characteristics and specificities. The general objective of the study was to understand the particularities of the teaching-learning process and the cultural relations established in elementary schools on the border, on the double border between Brazil (in Pacaraima-Roraima) and Venezuela. In the case of the municipality of Pacaraima, several indigenous and “foreign” ethnic groups, non-indigenous Brazilians and non-indigenous Venezuelans, live together and exchange information. These intercultural relations, if used by the schools that are part of the education system in the municipality of Pacaraima, could be another element to be used to strengthen the teaching-learning processes. The research was developed with the objective of raising, understanding and studying the intercultural relations in the environments of the Alcides Lima Municipal School, located in the municipality of Pacaraima. In this way, I also intend to analyze the interpretations of intercultural ethics of this educational institution. In order to reveal the object, the following methodological strategies were used: application of questionnaires, analysis of documents, such as: Pedagogical Projects of the school researched, bibliographic research and field observation.
