Abstract

Derived from the theoretical analysis carried out on three case studies related to service companies in Mexico and worldwide, the importance that exists between mergers and acquisitions with the business growth of the entities that choose to carry out these processes is shown, to show you to the reader the advantages of carrying out a merger or acquisition, and thereby being more competitive in the markets after making synergy and joining capital.
